| | | Government Visit to Cork Vision Centre | 8th June 2005
Members of the Cabinet had a bird’s eye view of the city as they visited the Cork Vision Centre on June 8th.
Taoiseach Bertie Aherne and Tanaiste Mary Harney were joined by other members of Government and local representatives on viewing the spectacular model of the city that has been the Centre’s focal point since it opened in July 1998.
They also viewed the Enlargement! Exhibition, a year long changing exhibition, which displays the artistic qualities of the new states of the expanded EU.
