Vision Centre Hosts RIAI Architectural Awards
November 21st Cork: The Royal Institute of Architects of Ireland Annual Irish Architectural Awards exhibition makes its way to Cork where it will be on display at the Cork Vision Centre during December 2007.
The Irish Architecture Awards are intended to communicate the range, variety and quality of the Architects work in any one year. The Regional Awards do not attempt to identify the building of the year or to single out any one building as being the most significant in the year.
Presenting an overview of leading contemporary architectural practice in Ireland, the RIAI Awards exhibition makes a valuable contribution to the increasing interest in matters architectural and to the general debate on planning, spatial strategy and the aesthetics of architecture and development.
This high quality exhibition should interest and stimulate a variety of audiences from architects and construction professionals to the general public.
The RIAI awards will be officially launched on Tuesday 4th December 2007 at 6.00pm at the Cork Vision Centre, North Main Street, Cork.
Opening to the public on Wednesday 5th December, the Exhibition will run until Tuesday 18th December 2007. | For Further Information Contact
